Call unto me, and I will answer thee,
and show thee great and mighty things,
which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3

Pastor and Mrs. Adams
Long Beach, CA - March 2004

Pastor Adams was the wonderful minister who opened up his heart and church to all of us when Brant started his ministry. This photo is of his retirement after so many years of service to the Lord.

Teddi - 1976
with the Shekinah Singers

Teddi was so instrumental in our ministry and our lives. Her kind, gentle way showed us what it was like to be a true Christian. She also encouraged us in so many ways in our walk with the Lord. Her life touched ours in a great way and we've never forgotten her. I can still remember the songs she sang - "Wings of Mercy" and "Behold the Man" were my favorites.

Kelly & Lilly Green - 1976
with Shekinah Singers

This couple were great examples of a loving, Christian marriage. Supportive in every way, both extremely talented in singing and music and very willing to share their lives with others.

Meg Rafferty - 1976

Meg always gave 110% when she sang! It was always from the heart.

Susan Dixon - 1976
This photo was taken for the Fall 1976 Shekinah Fellowship magazine. What brought me to Shekinah in the first place was the fact that I needed a healing. I had been hospitalized in October of 1974 with blood clots in my right leg (thrombophlebitis) and had suffered for two years with swelling and throbbing pain. I was pretty desperate and my grandmother had died of the same thing in her early 40's. I was only 24 when I became ill. The Lord healed me at one of the meetings at Shekinah. Thirty years later, I'm still healed!

Des Moines, Iowa - April 1979
Brant, Barbara & Forest Dorlac
This photo was taken outside of the airport. Many of us had flown to Iowa for an Outreach in Des Moines. What I remember most from that time are the warm and friendly people that we ministered to. They had never experienced a ministry like ours where we would be led by the Lord to minister to them on an individual basis during the service. It was very exciting to see the Lord touch their lives in such a special way.

(Even though Brant has now left us to be with the Lord, we will all remember him. He passed away in November 1985.)

Sue Hart holding her new baby at our house after a Shekinah service. Randy and I would open up our home to many in the ministry when the Outreach services were in the San Fernando Valley. Many times we would all stay up late and fellowship and we always provided lots of food to snack on! Randy and I always enjoyed those times of fellowship.

September 1979

Linda Hill, Peggy Galle, Susie Dixon
Griffith Park, Easter Sunday, 1980
Many of us gathered this Sunday for a picnic and fellowship.
It was a lot of fun!

Through the generosity of Anne Hume and David Sloane
there are several videos on Veoh.com of a
Shekinah Fellowship service from 1977

The message is so beautiful and you can hear all the choir sing.
It brought back some wonderful memories for us.
(If you're interested, my husband Randy and I are in some of the shots.)

Click on the links if you want to look at them,
it's best to download the entire video as they are approximately 28 minutes long:

(I'm in the center [next to Shirley], in light blue at 4:29 on the timer
and also at the end singing the Hallelujah chorus with everyone else!)

As more become available, I will put links up here.
